Maintaining a company’s culture is one of the greatest challenges in business, which is why we use a rigorous interview process to ensure that every coach and trainer we bring aboard not only has a verifiable track record of impressive success and A+ references in their communities, but has a strong commitment to ethics, and shares the principles that we hold so dearly. We’re pleased to say that as a company we’ll never say a word that we wouldn’t be proud to have our clients overhear, and the shop owners we work with will confirm that we’ll never say a word that they wouldn’t be proud to have their customers overhear.
To ensure we’re able to reach our goal of elevating the industry, we also only start working with clients that believe in our culture, so if a shop owner is only interested in hiking up prices to increase profits, without considering the impact on their employees, their customers, their community, and the reputation of our industry (not to mention the long-term impact on their business), we will kindly let them know that our company is not the right fit for them. Thankfully, over the decades we have learned that there is no shortage of shop owners who not only want to live happier lives and build more successful auto repair businesses, but who want to have a positive impact on every life they touch in the process.
